Ingredients

2 cup Cooked Rice

1 Sour Raw Mango (a medium-sized one that yields 1 cup packed when peeled grated)

1/4 tsp Tumeric Powder

to taste Salt

For the Paste:

1 tsp Black Mustard Seeds

1/3 cup Grated Coconut

2-3 Green Chillis

1 Small Bunch of Coriander Leaves

For Tempering

3 tbsp Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp Bengal Gram/ Channa Dal

1 1/2 tsp Skinned Halved Urad/ Split Black Gram

1/2 tsp Black Mustard Seeds

2-3 Dried Chilies (adjust to taste)

1/4 tsp Hing/ Asafetida

A few Curry Leaves

3 tbsp Whole Peanuts, preferably with Skin
