OH MY GOD!! … GARLIC RICE WITH SHRIMP

Directions

1Season the shrimp with paprika, salt and pepper, set aside.

2In a medium sized pan cook the bacon until crisp.

3Add the shrimp and cook them for a couple of mins, until they are pink.

4Remove the bacon and shrimp from the pan with the spoon, leaving behind the infused oil.

5Add 2/3 of the onions into the pan with oil. Add butter and let it melt.

6Add the garlic and give it a quick stir, don’t let it burn.

7Add the rice and stir well. Incorporate the shrimp and bacon and toss well.

8Serve topped with the rest of the green onions.

900 g medium chrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tsp paprika

3/4 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 cup Bacon

4 tbsp Butter

3-5 Garlic, crushed

3 Green Onions, diced

3 cups Cooked Rice

Garnishing Spring Onions
